Steede Hoge Woerd is the Utrecht Natuurlijk city farm for Leidsche Rijn, Vleuten and De Meern, located on the Castellum Hoge Woerd site.
History
The location stands on the remains of a Roman fort. History, nature, animals and urban farming meet in one place.
Nature & Design
Alongside animals and play areas, Steede Hoge Woerd has a garden, summer flower-picking area, harvest cabinet and an old pear orchard in front of the Castellum.
