Arboretum Poort Bulten is a historic tree park in Twente. Natuurmonumenten describes it as a combination of a tree park and a later-created pond landscape.
History
The park grew from the estate culture of Twente. According to Natuurmonumenten, the arboretum was laid out by textile manufacturer Gelderman; landscape architect Springer created the first pinetum in 1912.

The collection contains about 2,500 trees and shrubs from all continents, divided over around 1,000 species. Winding paths, views, ponds, flowers, orchids and unusual trees shape the area.
