Description
Emma's Hof is a hidden city garden in The Hague's Regentessekwartier. It lies between Weimarstraat, Beeklaan and Galileïstraat and is created by and for local residents.
History
Residents developed the garden as a green meeting place. Volunteers maintain it, open and close the gates and organise activities.
Nature & Design
The garden has a playful layout with vegetable beds, pond, stream, seating, fruit trees, flowers and herbs. It is at once a place to rest, play and meet neighbours.
Visitor Information
The garden is free to enter when the gate is open; access and activities are managed by volunteers.
