MijnStadstuin is an ecological innovation lab for urban agriculture in Tuinen van West. Voedselbos Amsterdam is also located on the site.
History
The place offers allotment-style gardens, space for green enterprises, composting and courses about food growing. The food forest has existed since 2016.
Nature & Design
The food forest imitates food production in a healthy functioning forest. The site works with compost, hops, vegetable gardens and several green initiatives.
